Chris Brown's legion of fans may think his sartorial savvy is on 10, but according to UK's GQ magazine, the R&B singer is the "Worst Dressed Man in the World." The guys over at GQ explained their decision, saying that "Brown seems utterly adverse to investing in tailoring, combining the worst excess of XXL sizing with a penchant for deeply unflattering costumes." Ouch. Maybe it was this look from 2011's BET Awards? Though we aren't diehard Team Breezy fans, we thought we should scour the internets for Chris' best looks (because he had to have some...right?). Below are the only five CB-outfits we could find in an attempt to redeem the star. Is he still a pretty awful dresser? Well...we'll leave it up to you to decide!

+ We're loving this pinstripe/yellow blazer look, but do the blue socks throw if off?

+ Chris Brown strolling to a LA courthouse in style. Pretty GQ, huh?

+ Chris at Paris Fashion Week, the leather jacket is great!

+ Shopping at SURI in LA, rocking a modern newsboy look! The pin definitely adds some Breezy flair, right?!

After a much-hyped stint with concept shop Opening Ceremony, longtime fashion icon, indie film queen, and award-nominated superstar Chloe Sevigny is baaaack. The model and tastemaker helped launch Tomboy’s Spring/Summer 2012 campaign (shot by Daniel Jackson), marking the Korean label’s 35th anniversary. Adorned in loose, sheer threads and androgynous, sportswear-influenced pieces, Sevigny exuded both playfulness and sass with a bit of a boyish-charm – very befitting for Tomboy, wouldn’t ya say? Check out the teaser for Tomboy's Spring/Summer collection below.

Seems like Lana Del Rey's been feeling a little nostalgic recently. The indie-sensation, who wooed the praise of hipsters and celebs alike well in advance of her debut album, has recently been receiving loads of press questioning her authenticity. Some critics say that Del Rey, born Lizzie Grant, is the product of a marketing machine; label execs looking to make a dollar on Gen-Y hipster sensibilities. And while I'm a sucker for her throaty vocals and "gangsta Nancy Sinatra" vibe, there always was something a bit too-right about her pouty lips and doting eyes.

While flipping through Facebook recently, I recognized something fascinating: A promo photo of Del Rey, released officially by Universal Music Group, alongside a sketch by Chilean "hipster-artist," Fabian Ciraolo. The similarities between the two images - one of Del Rey smoking a cigarette, shirt tied at her side and the other of a modern-day Frida Kahlo smoking a cigarette, shirt twisted just right - are mind-numbing. Sure, the hipster-Del Rey decided to leave the arm-tattoos and floral headwear at home (she saved the florals for her "Born To Die" video, natch) but otherwise, the photos are exactly the same, right down to the ink on each subject's jeans.

Referencing art in fashion isn't anything new. Rihanna's camp was lambasted for blatantly stealing David LaChappelle's vision for her S&M video, and Beyonce's been bitten for using Lorella Cuccarini's direction for her Billboard performance in 2011. But Lana Del Rey? A chanteuse who oozes underground cool, who supposedly edited the "Video Games" video herself...say it ain't so! In an age where creativity and individualism are lauded, even if for a hot-Tumblr-second, this blatant theft of Ciraolo's smart re-interpretation is just plain sad.

Sure, I feel bad adding to the anti-Del Rey media clamor; she shouldn't be a scapegoat for pop packaging. But c'mon...let's give credit where credit's due. So, thanks Frida, and thanks Fabian, your art will likely outlast the latest hipster fad.

Lady Gaga is arguably the most interesting, provocative and progressive pop artist of our generation. But is she genuine, or just a carbon copy of the iconic Madonna? That's the question critics have argued over since Gaga (and her gays) hit the dance floor with the chart-topping album, The Fame. While the mother of all Monsters has often deflected the imitation question - instead choosing to reference Madonna's influence on her childhood - the "Express Yourself" singer has taken the opposite route, attacking questions of Gaga's authenticity head on.

In the latest issue of queer magazine, The Advocate, the Queen of Pop remarks on Gaga's individuality saying, "I have no thoughts...what's the question," only to pipe up later with "She's not Britney Spears. She's not built like a brick shi*-house!" Harsh? Though Madonna does go on to call Gaga's relationship with the gay community "genuine," this isn't the first time the pop icon has taken a jab at her New York neighbor. In a recent ABC interview, the singer called Gaga's "Born This Way" a diluted "Express Yourself" and later followed up in Newsweek saying "I recognized the chord changes [in Born This Way], I thought it was...interesting."

With the Super Bowl days away, and Madonna's album slated for March 26th, it's questionable whether the decades-old icon is attempting to stir up controversy for album sales. It's also notable that Gaga has never admitted to blatantly stealing chords from Madonna's "Express Yourself" for her mega-hit "Born This Way." So the questions continue to loom:

Is Madonna just trying to pick a fight for some press? Or is Gaga really a Madonna-biter? And is Britney a "shi*-brickhouse"!? What do you think! Let us know!

Just two days before the Super Bowl, Madonna has released the lead single from her upcoming album, MDNA. "Give Me All Ur Luvin" is saccharine-pop goodness but seems more fit more Miley Cyrus than it does for Madonna. Featuring Nicki Minaj and MIA, for seriously five seconds a piece, the track is all about giving all one's love the one-and-only Queen of Pop. "Give Me All Ur Luvin" is heavy on electropop, but only shines when it veers away into the world and sounds of Minaj or MIA. The video, while fun in lieu of Sunday's big game, is a little cheap. But, hey, maybe that's what the Miley crew's into? Watch Madonna's latest below...will yu buy MDNA?

In 2005, H&M turned the fashion world on its ear by teaming up with the legendary Karl Lagerfeld, who designed an assortment of affordably-priced clothes for the mega-brand. The collection sold out faster than you could say haute couture and before long the high+low equation was more in demand than a Celine bag. Fashion collabos democratized luxury goods: diehard fashion fiends could now own a piece of the runway dream without having to sell a kidney to finance it. High+low team-ups continue to get more high-profile as years pass, and in 2012 with LV, Jason Wu and Marni in the mix, they're set to hit a fever pitch. Here are this year's top three designer collabs that you NEED to get your hands on:

+ Jason Wu for Target (release date: February 5, 2012)

Known for his youthful designs and red carpet show-stoppers, Jason Wu has designed a line for Target that fuses geek chic with downtown cool. Best part? You won't pay more than $60 for anything in the collection - from printed dresses to smart separates! But get into the store just as the collection drops, some of the pieces are already fetching three times the ticket price on e-bay!

+ Marni for H&M (release date: March 8, 2012)

Hot on the 6" heels of last year's Versace venture, H&M brings the whimsical world of Marni to a hungry fashion audience. The collection will feature men's and women's ready to wear, jewelry, shoes and handbags. Expect the charming style of Marni's quirky tribal prints, kaleidoscopic baubles and iconic silhouettes to fly off the racks.

Although, this is a far cry from the high+low collaboration, Marc Jacobs has made a name for himself at Louis Vuitton by aligning the storied maison with such art world bad boys as Stephen Sprouse, Richard Prince and Takashi Murakami. This summer, 82 year-old Japanese art superstar Yayoi Kusama joins the group, jazzing up limited edition Vuitton ready to wear, handbags, accessories, shoes and jewelry with her signature hand-painted polka dots. Don't have the cash to splurge on spots? Catch the Kusama retrospective this summer at the Whitney Museum in New York.

Take fellow Brooklynite, Isabel Daphne, for instance. Spotted in the East Village, the fashionista worked a monochrome look in a chic pleated silk skirt, and black leggings. But atop her darker attire, Daphne showed off a burst of bright orange in a vintage shearling coat—y’know just in case the wind blows in, or a last-minute drink calls. Style-savvy and street smart? This ain’t any old girl we’re dealing with; she’s a New Yawk girl.

This is the new hit...trust us. Zebra Katz's "Ima Read" has is an infectious thumper of a track that's hard to forget in its simplicity. But it's the the video that takes the track to a whole new level, as both Katz and Reddd Foxxx turn out their baddest, sexiest, and funniest high-school characters. At one point Foxxx looks dead into the camera and says, "I'ma fight that bit**!" ""I'ma Read" is totally irreverent, totally un-PC, and totally awesome. Watch the duo of Katz and Reddd Foxxx below in the video below... it'll be hard not to press repeat.

New York's looking a whole lot purdier these days. It could be the sunny weather...or it could be the models. It's the models. With New York Fashion Week just around the corner, a legion of flawless faces have taken to the streets in search of gigs that'll make 'em "the next big thing." But Charlene Almarvez, one of the world's top models, isn't searching for her breakout opp...the Filipino beauty's likely booked solid. Having already walked for DVF, Peter Som, and Christian Dior, Almarvez is one of the most sought after women on the catwalk, and she's also one of the sweetest size zeros we've ever met. The teen took to Union Square yesterday in a number that was classic with a dash of badass - notice the intricate detailing on her fur and leather moto-jacket! Werk, girl, WERKKK.

Everyone knows we're suckers for some sole. From flashy to classic canvas, nothing beats a cool kick...just ask Anthony. With no snow in near future and spring but a month away, now's the time to start fitting your foot into a new, fresh kick. Alas, a round-up of the five shoes you really realllllly need when the leaves begin to bud...

+ adidas SLVR Plim Lace High Top

The newest addition to the SLVR family, the Plim Lace High Top is an all-black leather-on-canvas kick with dope web lacing that turns the basic footie into an avant-garde goodie.

+ Y-3 Metallic Neo Tech

The Y-3 Metallic Neo-Tech's a jaw-dropper with a comfy sole. Featuring adidas adiPRENE technology, the limited edition shoe also boasts a metallic and neon finish, so you'll be stomping around the city streets in no time. Best part is: your feet'll feel like they're crushing clouds.

+ Isabel Marant High Top Wedge Sneaker

When designers set out to create kicks that'll please both the chic-set and the cool kids, sometimes the results can be: - ____ -. Not so if you're Isabel Marant, who's mastered the downtown meets Parisian look with her high top wedge sneakers that've made the likes of Beyonce and others pumped for kicks.

+ Gram Inherent Collection

A round of sartorial snaps goes to Gram Inherent for its re-creation of the canvas sneaker, using naturally faded fabrics in funky and lush tones. Its buttery leather kicks are our faves, perfect for a walk on the beach or a kickback brunch. Bon appetit!
